Formed in early 2004, u-SM.com was formed to develop solutions for the newly emerging HTPC market.
Drawing upon over 20 years of experience in the PC industry, having worked on the development of new PCs for manufacturers such as Apricot, Acer, Siemens, and Hewlett-Packard, we set out to develop the ultimate range of living room friendly HTPCs.
We believe we have done this from our entry level machine, all the way up to our top of the range offering.
Having identified that not everyone requirements are identical, we offer a consultation service to deliver a bespoke solution for those that want something very exacting; and for those that want to build their own system we now offer a range of specially selected components guaranteed to work well in the HTPC environment.
More than just a 'box shifter' we offer 1 to 1 support for all our customers. Whether they need help installing a case fan, or help setting up our top end HTPC, we are just an email away, inside and often outside of office hours!
